Foreclosure & Bankruptcy Services

Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer & Ulrich Co., L.P.A. has processed thousands of foreclosure cases of all types since 1970 in every County in the State of Ohio, together with the attendant bankruptcy proceedings in the various Federal Courts. We are thoroughly familiar with the sometimes idiosyncratic procedures followed by the various Courts and our collective effort is focused upon processing the cases in the most expeditious manner consistent with law and legal procedures.

To fulfill this goal we have increased both our foreclosure and bankruptcy staff and have installed a substantial amount of word processing and computer equipment in order to maintain our standards for processing cases and handling the foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.

Our firm is a member of the Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Foreclosure Network. We currently communicate with many of our clients through various resources such as Vendorscape, LenStar, Lincs, client customized websites/software and e-mail. Monthly Status Reports can be tailored to meet each clients needs and can be sent electronically.

General Legal Services

Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer & Ulrich Co., L.P.A. has throughout the years represented mortgage corporate and individual clients, as well as lenders in litigation on a whole multitude of non-foreclosure and non-bankruptcy litigation. Further, we have also, on occasion, been called upon to assist our clients in the preparation of their loan documents and loan packages.

In fact, over the past fifteen (15) years we have closed on behalf of our clients Multifamily, Nursing Home and Commercial Loans, both insured and uninsured, including all ancillary work required for bond and GNMA financing as well as, if necessary, delivery to permanent lenders such as Federal National Mortgage Association and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, with a principal value in excess of Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000.00).
